Sarah-Kate has 25 years of performing experience, and has been creating ballet and tap choreography since 2012. Her work has appeared in Newsies (THAA, 2025), Grease (Churchmice Players, 2025), Curtains (Kaleidoscope Theatre, 2024), Rhythm, Body & Soul Festival (2023), Nachmo Online Choreography Festival (2023), as well as commissioned works and recital performances across western Canada.
Choreography
I've been creating ballet, tap, and musical theatre choreography for film and live performance since 2012. Whether I am choreographing a solo or a big musical number for 50+ dancers, I love telling stories through movement.
What I Do
Performance
I've been a dancer for 25 years. I move with precision, emotion, and intention. My decades of experience allow me to approach performance (and choreography!) with a depth and maturity that is uncommon in the current dance landscape.
Commissions
I have choreographed work for recitals, competitions, and special event ceremonies, as well as choreographing for musical theatre productions, large and small.
